I wanted to share a new studio session I did this past week. Well it really wasn’t in a studio, it was in a fire station with some white seamless paper. Tony was a willing subject and even let me put ash on his face. I need my own studio. What do you think?

Jessica and Michael’s wedding is June 5th this year. We did their engagement session at Lake Shawnee in the fall. I’m really looking forward to their wedding in Topeka.

Rain Rain, go away. And it did! It was still a little chilly but Carly and Travis were up for it. Our spring time engagement shoot felt more like a cold fall day in Manhattan but we braved the elements and got some great images. Carly’s beautiful smile and personality helped brighten the day. I felt bad for Travis though, as K-State lost that day.

Kelly and Nathan are expecting their second daughter just about any time now. They asked for some family and maternity images before the new baby’s arrival. I had a fun time shooting some stuff that I normally don’t do. I might have to shoot more portraits.
